I am having a southern country wedding. We live in VA, but love everything country…I wish I could move everyone in both of our families to TN to live. lol Anyways, I’m trying to decide whether or not I’m wearing cowboy boots or not. My bridesmaids are, and two out of the three have already bought theirs. I need some inspiration for mine!!!
Any other brides out whereing or debating on whereing cowboy boots?
Any pics are always appreciated!!! 🙂

I’m planning on wearing cowboy boots. I think my FI bought me white ones for Christmas, but I’m really hoping for brown ones…

I thought about it… I live in Wyoming so it’s not too try-hardy here, same as you. I have some super sweet blue snakeskin boots, but my dress is relatively form fitting / slinky, so it looked weird with the bots :/ I might still wear them for a couple photos beforehand though!

@Cory_loves_this_girl: My plan is to pick out some boots for him to buy me for Christmas too. I’m voting brown so I can wear them again. But I would love white ones lol.
@lolot: Yes!! I love the look of them in pictures!! You should definately do that for a few shots 🙂

I wore these! With this dress:
They were just my black “everyday” boots. Looked cute and the best part was that my feet felt great all day!

I am from the South (Alabama) and love the idea of a southern themed wedding, but I’ve never been a fan of brides wearing cowboy boots on the big day (just my preference). I think it’s acceptable to wear cowboy boot 364 days of the week, but let your wedding day be glamorous and fabulous…like classic Southern Charm! (:

I wore boots and thought they looked awesome– we were married in Tennessee.

I’m definitely wearing boots… we met riding horses at a dude ranch in Montana!
