Can anyone tell me how to build this? I am so in love! Do you think that is tulle or organza? How would one build the frame? Eek! I am so excited!

The sheen of the fabric suggests organza. Plus it a little softer than tulle, easier to work with. Tulle can be very stiff.

I would build the frame out of PVC pipes. I bet if you take the picture in to your local hardware store they can get you set up with supplies and get you instructions on how to build it.

This link shows you how to build the frame.

This pic looks like they added a board across the front to make it look more like a picture frame.

Rather than cover the top with a solid square of fabric as in the demo, you can do the draping pictured here. Just get long lengths of fabric - the height of the poles x2, add in the width of the frame, add 2 feet extra on each side so it can puddle on the floor and a few feet on ech side and the top for the extra length need to drape. You need two lengths like that to drape the front and the back in your main color and extra fabric for the contrasting color.

I agree with @dallasbride2012:  that it looks like organza draping.

The pp posters have good suggestions. Also, I have found that green zip ties work best for attaching the flowers to the frame.

@julies1949: I'm not sure, but I think that is just fushia carpet, not a board across the bottom.

@Crabbabs:  you are right! It's amazing how our eyes see differently when we know what we are supposed to be seeing.
