Okay so today while walking to lunch I was a little crampy. So I get back eat my lunch and I’m totally fine. And there’s no blood. So I think myself maybe it was just the fact that I was walking but I walked the same amount yesterday.
I don’t wanna jump the gun and I’m just waiting to see if anything else happens. I have a desk job so I’m just sitting back and relaxing.
Anyone ever have something like this happen?

Maybe that’s Braxton Hicks, which I’ve heard to be normal. If the cramps didn’t go away or got worse than it may be a concern.

I think cramps are normal throughout pregnancy unless they’re severe and get worse or you’re bleeding along with it.

Cramps are normal as long as you dont start bleeding. Like mentioned above, it can also be BH, which I get them and they are so annoyingly painful :/ I hope you feel better!

eecuadrado: Normal…and scary! Probably BH, although those are more in your uterus and your uturus is of course up higher than your belly button at this point, but I have felt cramping in my lower pelvic region too, and that seems to be normal.
If you do feel crampy or tightening no matter where, and I’m sure you know this, lay on your left side and drink some water. If it passes, it was probably BH. If it doesn’t pass or gets worse, even when you change positions, then you need to go in since you could be laboring.

Totally normal! I get lots of BH, esp when I’m walking fast or doing the stairs! Sometimes they can last quite some time.
