Yes they could be, but I get these symptoms around the exact same time as well and it wasn’t always normal for me. It has become my normal though and it’s annoying b/c every monthI think I’m implanting. Like right now! (8dpo). So, yeah, could go either way. For me, the earliest I’ll test is 10dpo but of course if you can, it’s best to wait for your missed period to avoid the depression that comes with a negative pregnancy test. Good luck!!!!

I thought I’d read somewhere that testing before 12 DPO is most likely going to result in a negative, even if you are pregnant. But on the other hand, I’ve seen ladies on here get a BFP as early as 8 – 10 DPO. So, I guess what I’m saying is if you test now at 8 DPO, don’t be discouraged if it’s negative. If it were me, I’d try really hard to hold out a little longer! I’m in my first cycle TTC, and I’ve made myself promise I’ll wait until the day AF is due…but we’ll see if I am really able to hold out that long when the time comes!

@emmanneliza:  That’s pretty much how I felt before I got my BFP. I tested on 8dpo negative, 12dpo positive!

@emmanneliza:  It could be positive. However, that happened me a couple of cycles ago. Exactly the pain you described right up to AF. Don’t know why but I wasn’t pregnant. Symptom spotting can be dangerous because it can cause a lot more disappointment. I really hope you are though. GL

@phoebephoebo:  <– that! Sometimes I get PMS symptoms up to 2 weeks ahead of AF. Sometimes only 5-6 days. Weird how our bodies operate. Doesn’t help the cause at all. Yell (I am a bit older too.)
