I get really bad cramps, and I hate, I mean isn’t it just the worst, having them at work? Here I am trying to get stuff done and I just want to curl up in a little ball. I would so rather be at home, in bed with a heating pad…uuugh. I want to live in a world where I can call my boss (who is male) and say I can’t come in for a while, my cramps are really bad. ha!

Awww, I hear ya ! Cramps suck anytime but at work, they are hideous ! Do you take anything? Advil? Aleve? I here a good orgasm helps relieve cramps but that might be difficult to achieve at work, lol

@ItalianLady: I never heard that LOL. I’m going to tell my FI that when I get home.
@CantWaittillMAY: Can you get off work early?

Maybe you can make a heating pad (sort of). All you need is zip lock bags, a paper towel, water and a microwave.
Put the paper towel in the ziplock, add a little bit of water. Heat it in the microwave to a warm not hot temp.
I really hope this helps, I know how bad cramps can get.

@CantWaittillMAY: THERMACARE pads! Go to Walgreens or CVS and get you one right now. They have special shaped ones for cramps. They are a little expensive ($7ish for 2 pads).. but they last 8+ hours, don’t require a plug-in and just stick right on to your skin. They are amazing, I promise. I use them for my neck at work when it gets really bad.

Italian Lady – you are awesome… but no not achievable.
Thanks everyone for your tips- I’ll hit up the old CVS on my lunch break.
@7mom- I can’t really take off, I am leaving early tomorrow for wisdom teeth removal, so I don’t want to bail on my co-worker.
