RedWine13:  Cramps but no period was one of my first pregnancy symptoms. I tested the day my period was one or two days late. We were actively trying to conceive. Getting pregnant on the pill is unlikely but certainly possible. I’d go buy a test ASAP if you want an answer. Good luck!

RedWine13:  I also had cramping for about 4 days before I got a BFP. We were TTC at the time and I was on my 2nd month of being off the pill. The only way to get an answer is to test though.

My first symptom was cramps. They felt more like a pulling/stretching sensation than usual period cramps. I went and bought a pregnancy test because of them, and I was preggers.

KitKatNYC:  ColoradoGirl:  MrsAKSkier:  for you ladies that had cramps as a first pregnancy sign… i was wondering how they were compared to your normal PMS cramps. I’ve been currently very mildly been cramping in the evening for a few minutes at a time. max 5ish minutes (always in the evenings) then it goes away. My regular cramps usually are deadly painful and last 1-2 days, all day while i get AF. This cycle AF was supposed to show on July 1st but now its the evening of the 6th and there are no signs of AF yet other than these possible cramps which (like i said) have come and gone for maybe about 8 days. BTW. So far no cramps tonight and no other strange symptoms that I can spot

Pappy8:  mine were just as bad as period cramps if not worse, but I only had them at night- like they would wake me up in the middle of the night.  They only lasted about ten minutes or so, though. If your period is 6 days late I would test first thing tomorrow morning. Good luck!!!

Pappy8:  I usually had a couple of hours of dull cramps before the really nasty ones came bringing my period with them. The week before I tested and found out I was pregnant, they were those dull ones. They would come and go but it lasted much longer than the dull right-before-period ones. I’d say a few hours at a time, but I had them consistently for 4 or 5 days in a row.

Have you tested yet?
