I MC on november 1st, and did not have my regular period (which would’ve been due on the 15th). Now I am having sharp, severe cramping in my abdomen and back spasms. Is this normal after a MC? Even if it is almost a month after?
I’ve been feeling this pain for about a week now, but am too afraid to say anything in case there’s nothing wrong.
(I have PCOS and endometriosis, but it’s worrying me because I MC’ed so I had no idea if that had anything to do with it)

If you think something is wrong, you should get check out just to be safe. You dont want to jeapordize your chances of gettng pregnant again.

Both your words, sharp and severe, are probably signs that you should see a dr. esp follow up after a mc. Might be nothing at all, but you want to know for sure.
You mc’ed early on right? If it was later I might guess that it was still connected, but if was early and it passed normal I doubt it – in my total non expert opinion.
Might sound stupid but are you maybe constipated??? That’s exactly how I feel when I am – like doubled over in pain.

@Sunshine09: I thought it could be gas pains, possibly, but it felt a little different (and I am now extremely paranoid). Fortunately, the pain has gone away slightly today so I may wait it out. I did MC early on at 6 weeks, so it probably isn’t related.

@AcheneMalefic: My friend was told she miscarried early on then a few weeks later she had lots of pain. She ended up going to the Dr. who found it was actually an ectopic pregnancy and she hadn’t miscarried after all. They were able to save her tube. I really think you should let a doctor know. Why are you afraid of it being nothing? Doctors won’t judge you for calling about pain…
