My wedding is a week before yours and DB says it might not be here until May 4! I feel your pain!! :(
I am hoping that I need very minimal alterations. I am thinking I only need a bustle and a hem thank goodness. The only bad thing is my dress is set to arrive smack dab in the middle of prom season.
Start looking for a seamstress who doesn't mind short-turn around alterations. You may also want to schedule the appointment and let her know your timeline.. That way everyone is prepared to get your dress ready for your big day!

You will be fine if you find a good seamstress.. That's what i did and I'm getting
married in less than 2 weeks. I'm not done with my alterations but since my
seamstress is great I can relax. Don't worry too much.
You might have to pay a little extra to have a rush on your alterations but you should be fine.

So I called the bridal salon where I ordered my dress to see if just maybe it may come in early. Nope. April 11th is the ship date Maggie Sottero gave them. S***! My wedding is May 21st. Nothing like cutting it close! Crap in a can!
