Ahhh you are in Portland too! I’m depressed as well since I have no control over this right now. I’m trying to keep my mind off it but it’s hard!

@Macsgirl14:  I have started working out more lately too and it’s really making a difference in how I feel. I’ve been walking my dog in the parks. We are really lucky to be in PDX where we have access to nature. I’ve also been trying to go to new places to eat and drink. I just went to Slingshot in SE Portland and beat my SO at pool!

@Macsgirl14:  I have on-and-off depression. I find that occasional exersize (like 3X a week) combined with Fish Oil and a B-vitamin supplement (6+12)
Edit: By on-and-off, I mean I get depressive episodes taht last from 3-6 months. Before vitamins, I would get them once or twice a year, and now I’ve been depression-free for 1.5 years!

@Macsgirl14:  They make a VitaminB6/VitaminB12 combo supplement.

There are a LOT of vitamin B subsets, but those are the two that help with depression! So I take a combo pill of the two of them.
