@Twyla_Smith:  I don’t really have a story at the moment (too early to tell them hahaha) but OMG that is hilarious and so so so random, but hey, whatever makes it happen! 🙂

@Twyla_Smith:  LOL. My husband has an 80 inch in our basement. Don’t feel bad. Boys will be boys.

@Twyla_Smith:  That is HILARIOUS!

DH was looking to buy a new TV before we met, and FINALLY bought it a few months after we got engaged. He researched TVs for TWO YEARS. Not “saved up”, RESEARCHED. By the end, I was like “AAAH JUST PICK ONE”

I bought a new TV when we moved into our house, and he uses the smaller one (it’s only smaller by like 6 inches) in his man cave. I awoke one morning and left for work, not noticing anything that happened. I got home from work that night to find my TV on the floor in his man cave, cos it didn’t fit in his cabinet. “Can I just still use it please? It doesn’t fit but I can look down on it, right?” Needless to say, I made him cart it all the way up the other end of the house and re-installed it where it belongs, haha.

Other than that, he’s pretty chill. He doesn’t do out of control stuff.

Well waking up one morning to see my FI had given himself a make over to try and look like this guy!

.

he shaved his face so that he had kind of the handle bar mustache! He called it the lemmy….this is lemmy incase anyone else wasn’t familiar with him  Cause I had no clue. I hated it, all the guys he works with thought it was awesome and hilarious. Luckily it grew back to normal Really quick.

This is a double-whammy. My husband secretly booked a surprise vacation for our 5th anniversary. I didn’t have a clue what I was in for, so unfortunately I had also booked a surprise vacation for us for the week after. It worked out beautifully because thankfully after explaining the hilarious situation to our bosses, they all gave us the two weeks off work so we had an extended anniversary celebration. We still laugh about that crazy coincidence!

@BrandNewBride:  LOL MINE DID THE SAME THING WITH HIS TV.

Except his thing was price.

Him: “I want a 60″ LED for $1100.”

Me: “No such thing. I found one for $1400 though. It’s a Boxing Day blowout. Best price around. Want to go?”

Him: “No. $1100.”

Me: “You might have to wait an entire year for that to happen.”

Him: **shrug**

… So he waited for more than an entire year! It’s not even like that extra couple hundred dollars was a big deal. Just on principle.

Craziest?  I think it was climbing Mt Moran in the Tetons in one fell swoop and starting at home – they only wanted to use one vacation day and they did not want to camp either.  It was an 8 hour drive total and 20 hours straight of hiking/climbing.  That was insane.  He and a friend did it in the middle of the work week because they had to utilize storm free days.  Then he went to work the next day!

Different kind of insane!
