Weddingbee boards

For my bride and her groom (i'm MOH) my mum and I (who are avid needleworkers) have decided to surprise them with cross stitching the thingys that have names, and you put them where you want the people to sit... what are they called... and that also double as bonbonniers/gift things for the guests. Problem is we dont know what colours!!

the setout is somwehat like this:

guestname  (heartheart, their symbol)

border (so far undecided but two different reds, one burgundy)

groom name and bridesname : 1.8.09 

When mum and I have made a successful mockup I'll post it, but until then these are the blues and the burgundy colours, does anyone have a suggestion for the other red to go in the border?? 

guest name : DMC threads 3755 (royal blue) and 820 (another blue)(bridesmaids are in royal blue)

border: DMC304 and another colour, HELP!

couple names: black thread with silver intertwining. 

Any DIY nutters out there, or any needleworkers, please suggest colours?? We don't know what to put with the burgundy! It needs to be different enough to be obviously different but not too close, and not clashy.

her dress is black and white, bridesmaids are royal blue, and they originally wanted burgundy for the bridesmaids (may end up being cars in burgundy instead).

the idea of doing this is as a surprise, going to throw them off the scent by making a few mockups of something else, and then have this one as a gift to them. May end up giving them to them a week or so early. We'll see. Just wondering if we had any other colour options to go with the burgundy if anyone is a stitcher :)

YAY first mockup is done and mum and I have decided to go with it, I'll post a picture when my camera resurfaces :D

Aaah every time i think to plug my camera in to charge it up i'm OUT for the day!!! RAAAAAAAAHHH!!! I'll remember somepoint >.<
