Our trainer just left and he killed us tonight. I wanted to post our workout in case anyone wanted to get a good burn this weekend. The best part…it only took us 23 minutes. Our goal was 23 minutes and it was an endurance test so there were no breaks. Darling Husband and I both completed it in 22:58! Here it is…
25 flights of stairs
100 medicine ball jump slams (10 lb ball)
35 kettle bell swings
50 each arm dumb bell row (I did 20 lbs, Darling Husband did 30lbs)
100 jumping jacks
100 straight sit ups

That sounds insane… Congrats to the two of you being able to complete it. I don’t know that I could do 10 pushups, let alone 3x that amount!

This post actually made me cry. I haven’t worked since December because I herniated a disc in my back (I’m a nurse) and I want so badly to work out and be normal, especially with the wedding looming…
