I am getting my cake from Patisserie Poupon in Baltimore and I vaguely remember them offering that as an option during my cake tasting. If that doesn't work out, they also make the best tasting cakes.
I had some EXCELLENT cream puffs from Patisserie Poupon, I'll second awong5's recommendation!
