I had originally went with the creamcheese frosting for my wedding cake and the baker agreed to cut half of the sugar out to make it less sweet. However, she called today and said that the cake decorator can’t work with the consistency of the creamcheese frosting with only 1/2 of the sugar. So she recommended that I go with the whipped frosting. Does any one else have any suggestion for a frosting that would look amazing and taste less sweet than creamcheese frosting?
