Hi bees! I would like some advice from you guys on our RSVPs. Our orignial invitation said eat, drink, and be married but I printed them the wrong size so now they will just have the basic information. I love the saying and had included it on our RSVPs but now I’m not sure if guests will be confused since it is no longer a reference to the invitation.

I don’t think people will be confused. It seems clear which option to check for being able to attend or not being able to attend.

I don’t think they’ll be confused. I read the RSVP card before I read your explanation and thought, “cute!” So there you go.

Love the phrase, used it on my favours, but there I think it’s just a teensy bit awkward.

I think it’s awkward there, but I like it in general.
Maybe if you put at the top:
Eat, Drink, and Be Married?
and then the name line, and then
__ would love to!
__ regret that we must eat and drink at home
