I already know what I'm going to do! I've made some tshirts and a totebag on zazzle for them and a matching card. Going to go to Hobby Lobby/Michael's and buy a small black and white or girly print small hat box and affix a cute homemade tag saying "will you" on the front and then wrapping it and mailing it to them.
Here's how I asked my girls. They all loved it!

Our entire wedding party was out of state from us, with one in Japan, so we made Mission:Impossible-style DVDs and sent them out in bubble mailers via snail mail. They were all marked confidential, with no explanation, but they figured it out.
The DVD had the date, location, and the mission (get beautified, drink, smile for photos, walk down the aisle, dance, etc..) with the font typing out, sound effects, music, the whole deal.
Then it got a little sappy, the music changed and we had a message to each person and a photo with either me and that bridesmaid or DH and that groomsman. At the end, the music picked back up and we instructed them to call us or the DVD would self destruct. :P
We included some self-deprecating humor, so that everyone knew we knew how cheesy we were being, but it worked and everyone LOVED their DVD.

Does anyone have a creative way to ask BMs to be in the wedding? I've seen a picture frame before that has "will you be my bridesmaid" on it-but I was hoping for something a little less expensive. I am planning on having 7 BM (3 sisters, 4 friends-I come from a big family)
I know that simply asking would be fine-but I wanted to do something a little more special than that! I'm thinking something that can be easily mailed because 4 of the 7 live out of town.
