Hey there! Its an encore for both of us, my kids are five, but are involved in the ceremony (ringbearer and flowergirl) We haven't made a final decision yet, but something to the effect of
As the seasons change, join us as we begin our new family-maybe? Not sure yet-we both like the season part since we are getting married in the fall. The book by Carlton Craft had some cheesy ones, but also some cute ones that I may have to go and borrow. Season, change of season, something along those lines.
I did my Save the Dates as Psst...Gage and Madison wanted to let you know-on the front and inside is a picture of the four of us and it said David proposed to mommy! We got TONS of comments about how cute it was-especially as told from the perspective of the kids.
I'm in same boat, getting remarried with kids. How we'll word it will be something like this:
Jane Elizabeth Smith
and
John Michael Brown
together with with their families
invite you to share in their wedding celebration
Sunday, the first of january, two thousand and ten
(something like this and spaced appropriately and all that jazz)

It's my encore, not his. I have two elem. aged kids (daughter 7, son 8). Both families are elated. My kids will be walking me down the aisle. I want our invites to (maybe) include the kids (FH and I are paying ourselves, so we're hosting)
