I’m about to post something on WB and look to the right of the screen… it’s a ebags.com ad! The ad has the exact 4 purses that I looked at yesterday! I had a percentage off from shutterfly.com so I bought a Fossile purse. It just kind of creeped me out that the ad did this. I also just went to Kroger’s website to load coupons onto my card… and look what’s being advertised now?! That’s right, “Download your Kroger Coupons”.
Baha! I know the cookies (or whatever) are being watched so they can give me good ads to look at. But it’s just creepy! Plus, it’s past the fact… I already bought an ebag, and I already downloaded the coupons. Go figure 🙂 Technology these days scares me a little bit everyday!

I’m much more comfortable with it when they advertise things that are close to what I’ve been looking at, rather than the exact item. I don’t know why, but that tiny detail makes all the difference for me. My brother told me to clear my cookies, but that didn’t really change anything.

I agree it’s creepy! I was shopping for jeans online the other day and I logged on here and there they were. I was like…I already bought them leave me alone! haha.

Yeah, I’m feeling a little googled-out as well lately. The worst part about Gmail is that it takes the content of your messages and slaps up ads related to that… like it feels like some creeper is hacking into my inbox and reading it. No thanks!!
