I used them in college and to be honest I didn’t really see much of a color change.

They’re pretty good. Sometimes if I use them back to back they make my teeth really sensitive. If that happens, just take a day off. 🙂

I got a SoniCare toothbrush for Christmas, and I swear my teeth are waaaaay whiter because of it.

They work on natural teeth but if you have any enamel done, they won’t work.

Also they only basically make your teeth look lighter, it’s a surface thing (like spray tan) looks good for a couple of days, maybe a week then fades away.

It goes in this order

Crest White strips (or other OTC whiteners)

Bleaching trays (dentist makes them)

Laser

I use them every 6 months or so and they work for me!  Just be careful like as some have said they can make your teeth extra sensitive.

Uhm.. they gave my teeth uneven white spots instead of evenly whitening them. I had to get my teeth professionally whitened by the dentist afterwards.

I’ve used them with good results, but have to take breaks in between every 3 days or so because they make my teeth really sensitive. I like the Advance White Seal, they stick on way better than the other ones, which sometimes gave me uneven whitening since they slipped.

If you don’t want to use strips, though, I LOVE Arm & Hammer’s Whitening Toothpaste Boost Paste – you just put a little dab on your toothpaste and it really helps. I’m a huge black coffee drinker, so I go Arm & Hammer all the way.

Hmm…if I had white spots already I wouldnt try it…if you really want it done maybe try getting it professionally done? Actually…you could just ask your dentist first and see what they think..I think that would be best

The crest white strips really sensitive…I prefer the trays you can buy in the same aisle (drugstore, target, etc).

I can’t remember the name but I can for you sometime if you’d like 🙂

I’ve used them several times, each time with great results.
