Hello all! My son is 4 months old and at the last doctors visit my pediatrician suggested a crib wedge to help with the head positioning of my son while he is sleeping at night to help with his flat spot. I am looking at the wedges and all I can find are wedges that help with reflux. Do you have any experience with this?
He does his tummy time and now that he enjoys sitting up all the time, he isn’t on his back much unless he is in the car or sleeping. I am not sure what I can do to reposition him overnight. Any help is appreciated!

SaraP2012: Did your doctor discuss with you simply alternating which end of the crib you place his head?
If you alternate which way you place him in the crib, you are naturally changing which side of his head receives the most pressure as babies tend to fall asleep facing the same direction.

We are currently trying that technique but I think he is still putting the pressure on the flat part. It isnt on the far right but more to the back right of his head. Thats why I am not sure it will work. It may just work itself out. I am hesitant to put anything in the crib with him at this stage but just wasnt sure what other mother’s did.
