I think with colored crinoline that blue shoes would clash. I also think whatever the "main" color of your wedding is would be the best crinoline color choice. Our wedding is also dark-ish purple and green! But purple is our "main" color. So which of these is your more prominent color?
I have seen many images of brides with coloured shoes and coloured cinolines, and I think they look awesome. I guess the trick is to pick colours that compliment each other.
I am thinking about using Red and various shades of blue throughout my wedding. My bridesmad is going to be wearing navy. So I want to have red shoes and a cinroline that is somewhere around a light cornflower colour. Something like that. I am still looking for the right crinoline though so haven't fully committed to the dye colour.
I talked to my FH and he loves the idea of a darker purple to match the bridesmaid dresses and our flowers. The girls will have purple/plum colored dresses and chocolate colored shoes. The guys have dark brown tuxes with light green vests and ivory shirts. My dress has some silver detailing to it but I think silver shoes might not match the girls well. Purple shoes would be fun but they would have to match the crinoline. I'm toying with the idea of green shoes to match the guys but I don't want it to be too much. I maybe stuck with ivory shoes... I'm not good with these things. I can't even pick out a veil I like either.. :) Thanks for helping!!

Hi! So not the best picture of me but you can see the dress. I am in loved with the colored crinoline! My Bridesmaid are wearing a plum/purple color and our other colors are green and chocolate brown. Its a July outdoor service. I can't decide if I want a dark purple, light purple or maybe a green..??? Also any ideas for what color shoes to match would be great too. I was thinking about having my shoes be my something blue but now I'm not sure. It might be too much. HELP! :)
