Hello! A few days ago I posted about a guestbook alternative that I loved that was way out of my budget. Here is that post: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/canvas-contract-for-guestbook#axzz2qL8iIOye.
Want to critique my DIY text before I upload it and order it on a 20×20 canvas? I’m ordering on http://www.canvasdiscount.com which offers the 20×20 size for $49 regularly. They have a flash sale with a 34% discount until midnight tonight. With shipping I’ll be able to get it for $42.24. The original was $180 + $30 shipping. That’s a savings of $167.76! I love this board for helping me realize I could do this on my own!
Okay — here it is! Note that the quality of this edited version (to remove our names) is not as good as the one I created for the actual canvas so it looks a bit blurry when it is not.

@JJBelle: Looks good! Sorry I didn’t see your post earlier, so I hope this is in time. The only thing that I would change (due to personal preference) is the wording in the last paragraph to:
“We, the family and friends of Jeannie and Ryan, witness…”
But, again, that is just a wording preference on my part.
Lovely idea and a great guest book alternative!

@JJBelle: I agree with @wabanzi: I prefer the wording she suggested. If you want to leave it as is wouldn’t you say “Jeannie’s and Ryan’s”… (instead of Jeannie and Ryan’s… ) I am not a native speaker though.

Thanks for the input! I actually had already ordered it. I took the wording straight from the Etsy seller who I was copying but I do agree with your suggested change. Oh well — I’m still excited to see it and I don’t think the wording is too big of a deal for me at this point. I just hope the resolution looks good on the canvas!

i had a feeling I posted too late, but it reads well as is.
