Sounds amazing! I’m sitting here drinking my breakfast protein smoothie and my mouth is WATERING! yum!

@ellbell921: I think it sounds delicious. Except for the wedding cake part, not sure what that means.

I think I’d ditch the pate in favor of bruschetta or something like that. All else sounds AMAZING. What veggie is the chicken going to be served with?

this sounds AMAZING! I would love everything on this menu!
In my opinion a wedding is a celebration so the food served at it should be celebratory, ie: special. And this food is special! While I like hamburgers and mac and cheese and mexican food on any old day, this is the sort of thing I would love to eat at a wedding!

Sounds delicious! I actually kind of don’t like most French food (except desserts!), but none of this seems like it would be particularly ‘icky’ to me.

It would be nice if two of the apps were vegetarian but that really depends on your guests.

Are you providing a main course?
Personally, I think it looks delicious, but I know a lot of people that get confused by strange names for foods, which could be what your in-laws are concerned about?

I really have a hard time not judging people who think food sounds “too fancy” or something. Food is awesome and delicious!!! Try something other than Velveeta for once!!!

@housebee: I am pretty sure that means that the venue (or people doing the food) do not supply the cake, meaning you find a different vendor for that particular aspect of the food.
As far as intimidating, it might to some people… its seems a lot like mine so I am biased!

I only understood like, 2 things.
Intimidated? Not really. I would just generally have no idea what I was ordering.

@ellbell921: I’d skip the salad (not a cheese lover here… and definitely not a stinky cheese fan!), but everything else sounds great!
