I’m having a late August wedding in non-climate controlled setting (No AC). Family-style service. Do you think people will like these options? Anything you would add or change? Think it will work for family style? I realized the beef kebobs come with veggies, so I may use that as a side and add another side in place of the sauteed veggies. Any suggestions for another side dish? Thank you!!
Chicken satay with peanut sauce
Duck spring rolls
Lemon grass chicken wings
Scallops in maple pepper bacon
Display of locally produced cheeses , fruits, artisan bread, olives and crackers

Grilled lemon-basil chicken served with mango salsa
Beef kebabs marinated in garlic, merlot, & fresh herbs, seasonal veggies
Roasted baby red potatoes with rosemary and garlic

Thanks! The late night snack is my FAVORATE. What do you think of the salad. I tried it and it was absoultely delicious – to ME. Do you think other people would have a problem with goat cheese?

You had me at the strawberry goat cheese salad. It sounds great!

to me, the salad sounded like the best part (besides the late night snack, of course)

I think your menu sounds awesome. As for the salad thats what I make at home so I love it 🙂 I also wouldnt get rid of the side of sauteed veggies cause not everyone will pick kebobs, and usually the only veggies on kebobs are peppers and onions anyway. The only suggestion I would make would be to see if you could have jasmine rice as an additional side (just because I think it would go awesome with your chicken dish!).

Your menu sounds great! Normally when these threads pop up, we all have suggestions… however your menu sounds delicious & really doesn’t need any improvement! Nice choices 🙂

Sounds great to me. I’m not sure I would swap out the veggies, just maybe ask that they are different kinds (as in, peppers and carrots on the kebobs, greens or peas or etc. as the side).

Your menu sounds great. Wings are very difficult and messy to eat so is it possible to have lemongrass chicken skewers instead of the wings?
