@Shkragoldfish:  It all looks good, I do have a few points you might want to consider:

1. Hair and makeup takes longer than you expect – have you talked to your haridresser/MU artists about timeline?  For me and 3 bridesmaids it will take 5 hours, and they will be doing mine first in case they run out of time.  So for a ceremony starting at 4:30pm, we get ready from 9am to 2pm, have lunch and relax (if we have time), and then get dressed and go. 

2. Is 1.5hrs long enough for that many guests to be served/eat a 3 course meal? Make sure you leave some time in case things run longer than you expect. 

3. A possibility would be to move the cake cutting and first dance before you go for more photos, so that guests can dance while you’re gone? (Also maybe get the venue to leave some cake in your room, sounds like you’ll be too busy to eat much?)

You’re super organised to have it all set out so early, I’m impressed! Where are you having it?
