Anyone heard anything about honeymooning in these places?  I've heard Croatia is gorgeous and fairly inexpensive.  Not sure about Prague, it's just a place I've always wanted to  go.

Any info would be great! Thanks!

I used to live in Prague, and I would say it is well worth a visit. It's the "Golden City" of Europe, and it's just gorgeous. There's just so much history and beautiful architecture. I've heard that it's also pretty inexpensive to visit, if that's of consideration to you.

Croatia and Prague are 2 of my favorite places in the whole world! Dubrovnik, Croatia and the nearby islands are just beautiful and great for relaxing and enjoying the culture and scenery. I've also heard the island of Hvar is gorgeous. Prague is such a beautiful, cool city. This would be a great honeymoon!

I'm dying to go to Prague! It's been consistently voted one of the most romantic cities in the world. From what I've read, it may rain a lot, but there's tons to see and do! Have fun, wherever you go :)

I would love to go to Prague.  I've heard it's one of the last "untouched" cities in Europe.

I agree with the bees - Prague is awesome!  Beautiful, historical, romantic, still relatively cheap - totally worth it!  Haven't been to Croatia, but I've heard tons of good things.  It is the "up and coming" place to go in Europe.

My fiance is Croatian, was born and raised there and now lives here in NY. I went with him last year for my first visit. It was Ah-MAZING. Seriously, the most beautiful place I have ever seen. The food was phenomenol, the people were friendly, water was gorgeous, heaven on earth.

I'd definitely recommend checking out Dubrovnik, and there are several smaller islands you can also visit during your stay. Split, Hvar and Mljet to name a few. You will not be disappointed with Croatia.

I LOVE Prague!!!!! I went in the dead of winter and it was still gorgeous.  I definitely want to go back.  If you like garnets, buy some garnet jewelry when you are there it pretty good priced comparatively.

Prague was wonderful and so easy to get around.  Try to not buy items in the main trourist center the prices are higher there.  I stayed in the city but not the center and so things were less busy and there were some great places to eat.

Split, Croatia was a port on our Mediterranean cruise and it was very enjoyable. Exactly what I imaged the Dalmatian Coast to look like.  Dija know neckties originated from Croatia?

We went to Croatia 2 yrs ago and dubrovnick was fab even though i had a broken leg, for a honeymoon go for a 2 centered holiday a few days in dubrovnic and then to an island because it would be a big mistake not to see the islands while your there, we stayed in this little place on the island of Havar, the place is called jelsa but if you prefer the hussel and busel havar town is great too. Jelsa is a small port town but its where most of the people crusing in yachts are passing through. Wherever you go in Croatia you wont be dissapointed. Good luck

We're going to Prague for our honeymoon!! We're staying five nights at the Alchymist Hotel http://www.alchymisthotel.com/ - it looks amazing! We've been to London, France and Switzerland, but never Prague! Looks like there's lots to do and see, and it seems very romantic. We love architecture and history, so I think it will be the perfect honeymoon vacation! Good luck with your trip!
