Well... all of my psychotic impatience and losing my mind and WAITING WAITING WAITING finally FINALLY paid off!!!

We got engaged last night!! And it was amazing!

He was supposed to cook me dinner, which was the reason for my psycho post earlier this week... I was hoping that the time alone would compell him to pop the question.  Well the other day, his water pump in his car broke and he had to go to his parent's house to fix it.  He was there until pretty late (9:00ish) and called me throughout the night.  When he called around 9:00 to see what I was up to, I told him I was reading a book and relaxing.  He said he still wanted  to cook me dinner, but I told him to just grab a pizza instead bc it was late and I was hungry!  When he came home, he told me he had a birthday present for me and hopped into the shower.  When he came out, he asked if I wanted my present tonight (last night) or tomorrow.  I told him I wanted it now... I know what the actual BIRTHDAY gift was bc I've been asking for it for a week!  (New Moon on DVD in Blue Ray).  He also gave me a card and when I opened it, it was addressed to "MY Beautiful New  Fiance".  How was I supposed to finish reading the CARD?!  So at that point he started to tell me that I am beautiful  inside and out and that I am it for him... and all the sweet things men say that women blank out.  He got down on his knee and asked me to be his wife and spend forever with him.  Of course I said YES!!!

Thank you so much bees!  Your support throughout this whole waiting process has been unbelievable and really did help me keep it together!

All you waiting bees... keep your heads up!  It will happen and when it does, it's magic!!

I LOVE that your title is the same as mine was when I got engaged!!! I am SOOO excited for you! When r we doing lunch so that we can go over wedding plans??? I know yours is coming quick....9-10-11.. .here we come! It will keep me sane until May 26, 2012......
