I’m looking into taking crossfit to get into shape for the wedding and for myself. Has anyone else done this? I’m nervous that I’ll be the biggest person in the class and not be able to keep up. I’d love any opions and advice.

@SOONTOBEMRS_Z: don’t worry about that!!! Crossfit is great because it is completely modifiable to your abilities. All they ask is that you’re willin to try your hardest and push yourself. I’ve been doing it for over a year and I LOVE it. I am currently 5 months pregnant am still go 3x a week! Just go into it not pressuring yourself to do what everyone else is doing. And it will be VERY hard at first if you’re not used to working out. You’ll be sore for a few weeks but you’ll learn to love that!
