What’s your budget and the length of travel you want? I’ve done Carnival and from what I’ve read online, it’s about on par with Royal Carribean. If I were to plan a honeymoon cruise and feeling a bit splurge-y (but not breaking the bank), I would consider Celebrity. The reviews online are quite good. If you want the Disney experience and a cruise experience, I would consider the Disney Cruise Line. Supposedly, according to online reviewers, it’s not bad for honeymooning couples and part of the boat and Castaway Cay (Disney’s private island) has adults-only entertainment/area too. Fiance and I looked into cruises and we strongly considered both Celebrity and Disney. If money is tight, Carnival and RC are fine.

I can’t comment on any of the ones mentioned but we cruised on NCL for our Honeymoon and had the best time. I would totally cruise with them again. As for the lines mentioned, I’ve heard good things about RCCL. We’ll probably try them next just to see what a different cruise line has to offer.

I like Carnival but haven’t been on any other cruise lines. They have a honeymoon registry on their site that looked cool if you were interested =]

We are doing a carnival cruise for our honeymoon. It will be our first cruise and Ive heard/read really good reviews. We are cruising the caribbean and I thought the 5 day cruise offered was for a great price.

I love Norweigan. I’ve taken cruises with Royal Caribbean and Carnival, but by far my favorite is Norweigan. I like that you don’t have to dress fancy for dinner, or pick a specific time for dinner – it’s very much a laid back cruising atmosphere, and I liked that. It fits our personalities. 🙂

Darling Husband and I went on a carnival ship for our honeymoon and loved it.  Everything was wonderful, from the food to the shows. So much fun!  Neither of us are much of partiers and I didn’t find it to be such a “party ship”

If anyone has any questions about Carnival or the Caribbean ports of Half Moon Cay and Grand Turk (we missed Nassau because we got sick :(), I’d be more than happy to answer!

Carnival is cheaper and tends to lean younger…most people on the Carnival cruises I’ve been on have been families with children or spring breakers.

Princess was classier without skewing too old, Royal Carribean was classy but a bit older.

Just from personal experience! I’ve never had a cruise where I was UNHAPPY though, so worry more about price and destination 🙂
