I have not personally experienced this, but I went on a cruise in February and we saw quite a lot of people with babies/toddlers.

You should be able to check the cruise line wesite for their guidelines.

Go to http://www.cruisecritic.com  and do a search for cruising with a baby. You will get lots of information.

Chances are you should take your own car seat as the availability might be iffy in some ports.

Cruising with a baby is easy. The ship even has crew members who are willing to be hired as sitters if you wnat an adult evening.

Idk it sounds stressful, can you leave the baby at home with a family member and just enjoy the alone time with your husband? I just think that a lot of the activities on a cruise ship are more adult than kid friendly and you’re going to feel like you’re missing out on the full experience

I second cruise critic! I’m a member there.LOL

I don’t have any advice, but we were going to cruise this yr, her at 9 months, but I decided to wait. I couldn’t imagine bringing formula and diapers for 5 or so days. We decided to wait until next summer when she’ll be 21 months. She’ll still be in diapers (although I’ll be trying to potty train, lol) but will be able to eat food on the ship and take a shower with me. The car seat thing freaked me out too.

If you do go, think about a blow up tub, a small one, to give your baby baths in.
