i’m sorry to hear about that.  :(.  it’s a tough world out there right now.  but, the most important thing is that you can’t give up, and you will find a job soon!  just keep applying and go into interviews with a positive attitude.  i wish you good luck in the future.  hold your head high, you can do this!

It’s very frustrating. I’m right with you on this. I have some classmates that just got jobs (even though there’s a hiring freeze) and it’s hard not be jealous. But…you can only do what you can do.

Aww honey, getting the first job out of school is the toughest. We’ve all been there! Just keep a positive attitude and try to be patient. A lot of it has to do with luck and timing as well as the strength of your resume. Networking usually yields more job opportunities than any other method, so spread the word that you’re looking to all your friends and family over the holidays. Also January is traditionally the best month for new recruits, as people get promoted, transfer or departments get new year budgets. Good luck!
