I like the concept, but I worry that naming a cupcake anything with the word "sick" in it might be a misstep. I would try to focus on names that link both to you two as a couple and to the flavors.
@Sking: Cute! I was thinking about Philly as the cream cheese part of the carrot cake, but I like your ideas better. I can't think of anything related to double chocolate, but you could add that tag to almost anyplace. Like Double Chocolate Bismarck sounds cute.

Hi! We've decided to have cupcakes for our wedding and a couples cake on our cake stand's top tier for the cake cutting!
There will be 3 flavors: Vanilla with a berry frosting, a double chocolate and a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting
I'm planning on writing out the description of each kind and having an illustration of the cupcake above its description, but my problem is I can't come up with a good name for each cupcake kind?
for example:
I was thinking to name each by some of the places we're from.. "Philly" "Bismarck" "Jacksonville" or "North Dakota," "Pennsylvania, "North Carolina"
or by the titles of songs or the artist:
"Hellogoodbye" or "I Melt with you" -the cure
or by Area:
"southerner" "urbanite" "Mid-Westerner"
or maybe love quotes:
ugh. I need better names. Maybe something cute like "puppy love" "lovesick" and "soulmate" ?
Any Ideas for cute simpe and catch names?!?!?
