Bellingham has a new cupcake gal...Liz Novac of Icing on the Cake (holy cow kind of delicious), but I'm assuming you're looking for Seattle area, right? I don't have personal recs (mostly because Trophy is my favorite), but...

I've seen a few other brides mention www.kimberellacupcakes.com and bebe cakes, but the owner doesn't have a website yet.

I tasted these heavenly cupcakes (with chocolate ganache toppig in lieu of traditional frosting)...and was so tempted to book her b/c they were the best cupcakes I've tasted at a wedding (I've had the Trophy cupcakes at a wedding before and they were good, but Jen's are SOOO GOOOD). I think most wedding cake bakeries will do cupcakes if you ask.

I ended up booking Helen Noh from www.cake-envy.com. She's just starting out, but I loved her cake. Also, her cake was on the cover of Seattle Metropolitan Bride and Groom (the cake coverd with white chocolate shavings) and she's been a sweetheart to work with. I bet she'll do cupcakes if you ask.

There's a bakery/cafe in West Seattle called Coffee to a Tea with Sugar. I don't think they have a website, but here's their Yelp reviews.

I prefer their cupcakes over Trophy and Cupcake Royale. Can't wait to go back!
