I love the cakes and cupcakes of Clay's Creative Bakery in Berwyn, PA
Whipped Bakeshop in Northern Liberties. They are making the cupcake tower for our wedding and also a small 3 tier'd cake + cake topper to go along with it. Delicious, flexible competitive prices (especially compared with some of the other bakerys we contacted, and they are also a younger business in Philly so it's nice to support them. My fiance and I are really excited about working with them!
Brown Betty's. They did my wedding and the taste is divine.
They have a store in Center City and they also sell at Reading Terminal. Their cupcakes are amazing!
