Ok, so I have always dreamed of having my own wedding cake so I chose a three tired (the bottom layer is fake, middle layer for bridal party, and top layer for saving). Everyone ELSE is getting delicous and cute little cupcakes! However, I have no idea on how to get the said cupcakes into the hands and mouths of my guests! I feel like a cupcake tower will be odd next to the wedding cake. What do you bee’s think?

could you have the servers/waitstaff deliver them to individually to everyones table after dinner?

you could also have the cupcakes on the table already like a favor

I agree with the passed cupcakes by a waiter. we had a similar challenge with how to get ice cream cones into everyone’s hands. happily our catering staff circulated them around the room. (even though the ice cream was brought from an outside vendor)

We are having our cupcakes displayed on a tiered tower so it is in the shape of a cake. Our waiters will serve them the same way they would the actual cake.

I agree with the above. Have the wait staff distribute them. They usually do!

We are using a cupcake tree with our cake at the very top and then the waitstaff will distribute the cupcakes.

i had a cupcake tree and wedding cake! i had the cake on the left side of the table, cream puffs on the middle and the cupcake tree on the right side. i dont think i have a good picture of the entire table…yet. but it looked amazing and the guests were very excited about the different options! guests that had to leave before the cake cutting got to take some cupcakes with them and they loved that! 😉 in the pic below the cupcakes are just off to the right…
