Weddingbee boards

Help....we were going to bake cupcakes instead of a wedding cake and realized that it's difficult to bake at altitude.  Looking for recommendations in north shore that bake amazing cupcakes and could possibly deliver (not necessary though).

Also, we're having trouble sorting out transport from our house after the wedding (ceremony and reception are at our house near Squaw).  Everyone's staying in cabins all over Tahoe City, so we're not sure about how to get folks home.  One shuttle van won't really work as I want people to leave when they want.  Any recommendations on what to do?  Can anyone that lives in Tahoe area recommend a reliable taxi company?  We talked to a few already, but not sure if one's better than another.
