Congratulations!!!
We are having a three tier cake. The top and bottom will be chocolate with cookies and cream mousse and the middle will be lemon with marionberry cream cheese mousse.
So far, the cake tasting and the carterer tastings have been the best part of the planning.
Og man! The Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Mousse Filling and Hazelnut Cake with Dulce de Leches Filling sound soooo good! Well all of them do but these are my fav flavors!
How exciting! We're going for our (cup)cake tasting in two weeks and I am so excited about it!

We went for our cake tasting this afternoon and it was wonderful! So many great flavors, but we did make a decision on which ones we'd like for our filled cupcakes!
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Mousse Filling
Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Mousse Filling
Coconut Cake with Key Lime Mousse Filling
Hazelnut Cake with Dulce de Leches Filling
We're also going to get a few (25 or so) mini cupcakes, which can't be filled. These will be coconut cake with chocolate mousse icing!
Everything was so delicious! I can't wait until November to get to taste them again!
Has anyone else come up with some tasting flavor combinations for your cake/cupcakes?
