I have have the same bedtime hair routine forever! (Like my mom did it for me as a child and i still do it)
I brush my hair out, braid it in a loose braid and go to sleep. Wake up in the morning brush it out style and repeat. Anyone else have something they do with their hair at night?
-FI says that when my hair is not in a braid at night its like its trying to attack him, and to be fair my hair is long lol-

Yes! My hair is really long too and I always twist it up in a bun so it doesn’t get stuck under me when I lay down or roll over. If my two year old climbs in bed with us, he always says, “Knock it down!” So, I have to pull it out of the bun so he can twist his fingers in it while he goes back to sleep.

I’ve started braiding or putting it up cause when my husband tries to spoon with me and my hair is down, he somehow manages to rip it out/pull it by laying on it and then me moving or him moving lol

Not really, just put it in a pony!

I generally put it up in a bun unless I just washed it and don’t have anywhere to be early in the day because I’d need time to style the mess I would wake up with. Usually my fingers are crossed that it won’t be too bad…

I let mine loose and put it straight off the top of my pillow. It is super long, so I have to otherwise it gets super knotty. Naughty. 🙂

My hair is really long too, so I put it up in a loose bun every night. Sometimes a low ponytail, but that still runs the risk of getting pulled in my sleep.

Well I didn’t until I read this just now.. lol. I just brushed my hair out and braided it. I have extremely thick, long wavy hair and I always wake up with it in tangles. Maybe this will help! It looks cute regardless

Sometimes I’ll brush it or I’ll just leave it in a ponytail
