Colors.

I feel like I can’t do a thing until I pick my colors.

exact same things as you – also – FINALAZING the guestlist, figuring out how to print off my invites, if the RSVP cards are ok with regular post or if they need extra stamps, how to get/handwrite all the addresses, and the wording of the RSVP card….

Addressing the save the dates and bridesmaid dresses. It’s been too cold (or I’ve been too lazy) to get myself to the printer.

before the above mentioned items the honeymoon was soooo stressful but that’s thankfully behind me.

@subola:  My wedding date is pretty set in stone, and I’m deciding between the two venues next week (but I’ve already seen pictures of both). I’ve even found a couple color schemes that I really like. I’m just having commitment issues. It’s happening with the dress too.

@subola:  2pm church ceremony. 2:30/3ish apps and desserts reception (including a cupcake bar and a candy bar!). Depending on which of the two churches I go with, it’ll either be in the fellowship hall or in a tent in the back lawn. Simple, low key, 100 or so guests, kid friendly. Nothing fancy. I’m on a pretty tight budget, but I never liked the idea of a lavish, formal wedding anyway so it works.

I like roses. That, I can decide on. I really would love a bouquet of blush pink and ivory/white roses…. but guess who still can’t commit to an entire color scheme? My mom is stuck on the dark/royal purple I mentioned considering ages ago, and it’s throwing me off. And she’s paying.

FH is really great at making decisions, and will usually be the one to make up my mind for me when I genuinely can’t, but he doesn’t care about wedding planning.

I’m stuck on the day-of logistics — who needs to be where and when, which tasks the caterer and vendors will handle vs. which ones we need to recruit friends for, and getting my family to de-stress about the wedding details!

@subola:  That was in my list of possibilities! Except definitely no green. Not a fan of green.
