I can’t read this… try again with grammar and paragraphs. Sorry.

Okay, I read it and got through it (I will say some paragraphs would help, but it appears you’re probably typing on a phone or iPad, which is trickier).

It seems like you don’t need advice so much as support and to vent. It sounds like he is definitely trying to prove something about your parenting. Luckily, this situation turned out in your favor, and it’s probably best you did go to the doctor, because now you can prove it. I would just try to avoid playing into the drama and keep everything documented. I don’t know much about custody agreements, but it seems like you are doing all the right things! Good luck 🙂

The fact that he is recording things on his phone in front of your daughter is not going to reflect well on him in court.  Judges are not big fans of exposing kids to adult situations, and I am sure your daughter is fully aware of what appears to be a nasty custody battle thanks to her father.  Good luck with everything!!

I made it through. Phew… my eyes are hurting.

He can try all he wants. does your daughter go to school that is near you ? Her life is pretty settled right ?

Courts tend to leave the children be the way they have been as they want as little disturbance to their dialy life as possible. If she is good in your care, there is no violence in your home and she is well taken care of, there would be no reason for the court to give custody to your ex.

@Scondida:  Then it looks like you have your ducks in order.

Make sure you document everything.
