Selia Yang is a great designer who makes custom fit gowns. She is located in NYC though so I don't know if that's convenient for you.
Casablanca will not only custom fit, but they will also customize. (A la, neckline of this one, lace of that one, and skirt of this one... all in your measurments.) The ordered to measurements wasn't extra when I did it. But it was an extra $100 to go from the strapless to the off the shoulder (with depth of neckline and back to my measurements too). I highly recommend casablanca.

If possible check out Stephen Yearick designs. His dresses have 18 points of measurement to ensure that the dress you get is made perfectly for your body. I can't say enough great things about him and his work.

I am not in NYC and Stephen Yearick is a bit too pricey for me. I'll have to check out Privte label..
Any other designers/companies?
My dress is a Priscilla of Boston and it is custom fit. I couldn't find anything that worked for me and I'm so happy to see my dress again, she gets in sometime this week! I almost went with Casablanca because they do let you customize a ton as well and work around your figure.

I am petite and I am having a heck of a time finding a dress that fits me the way it is meant to. I've read and been told by one salon that Casa Blanca makes custom fit gowns (B,W,L) for each of the dresses they make with specifics in mind for each bride. The price is included in the gown, too, as I understand it. (Correctly me if I am wrong.)
I think most other designers just offer petite gowns, and that only means that the hem is shorer, but proportionally, the torso part stays the same as a regular sized gown.
Are there any other designers that offer this custom fit service? The only other one that I think offers this is Priscilla of Boston but theirs gowns are out of my price range.
