the company Im getting my invites from does custom designs (moira design studio). as far as i can tell from their site, they also do custom designs that you can print yourself. When i talked to Jessica the first time, she mentioned that the DIY part of the site wasnt up yet, but they still offer the service.
Printable Press is another company, but i dont know if they do custom designs or not.
GL!
We used 2birdstone design on etsy for our Save the Dates, monograms and rehearsal dinner invites. Ashley was great to work with and her prices are great. She doesn't print, but will upload the digital files and/or work with your printer for you to make sure everything prints perfectly.
You can see some of her work at her blog:
My FI and I bought all of our coordinating materials from Michaels. They have STDs, invites, place cards, table numbers, favor boxes, gift tags, you name it! all with the same designs.
All you have to do is use the templates they provide, choose your wording and fonts, take it to Kinko's and get it printed!
Super easy.. and inexpensive (especially if you keep using the michael's coupons).
Yesterday I posted my invites that my cousin designed. He owns his graphic design company. I'm not sure what he'll charge though. He asked me to find different examples of invitations I liked. So I must've sent him like 15 invites, my color scheme and my inspiration board.
Let me know if you want his information and I'll message you. I've attached my std's, invite and rsvp. He's also doing our thank you's and the envelopes. Mind you, the copy is not correct and I'm a tad quirky so I wanted my invites to be different. It's also on Halloween weekend next year so I asked him to incorporate a spider into one of the pieces and he did.
I love them. Again, let me know.
Thank you all for your help!
@stephinPA - please send me your cousin's info! <span style="font-family: tahoma, verdana; font-size: 13px; font-style: italic;">

I had a friend from college that is starting a wedding paper design company that said she's design my wedding invitations, STD, etc. Great - right? Long story short, she's completely flaked since then and I need to go a new route.
I'm the bride that wants things all coordinated (STDs, invitations, thank you cards, escort cards, table numbers, programs, etc, etc). So, where do I find someone that will design all of this for me? I don't mind having it printed myself, but I need someone to do all the designing. Did I mention cost effective is best?
I started looking on etsy and immediately got overwhelmed.
Any thoughts, suggestions, etc would be really appreciated!
