I am thinking about doing custom foldable neoprene koozies as favors....

I can do them in our wedding colors (navy/pink) with a cute image of a car with a "just married" sign on them. Should I also put our names and the date? Is this a good idea, has anyone else done it? I love koozies and I think  our fam/friends would use them...our wedding is on Labor Day weekend and there will be a few events over the weekend so I think it is somewhat fitting!

The last nine out of 10 weddings I went to did koozies, most as a "bar" area favor, but not as the main favor. I have a ton of those things now, with variations of "huggies and kisses, bob and sara" or "to have and to hold and to keep your beer cold" on them, along with monograms, dates, places, etc. So yes, it is a good idea, maybe not for a very formal affair.

That sounds cute, esp the ounes southerneblla mentiontion but I just wanted to say that if you are aiming for something guests would use, I know that my fiance and I would not use koozies. I guess it depends on your crowd though.

We're doing these as favors as we love collecting and using koozies and so do most of our guests.  We haven't figured out what we're having on them yet, but I refuse to have the "keep your beer cold" on them.  To me it just too informal.
