@Heidibrooke:  I LOVE it! It is gorgeous and I actually like the gap…It looks like the center stone is saying “boom! here i am!!” lol

I like it! I’m not usually one for airlines, but I love how it sets off your stone! And it’s so small that it’s not distracting (no one is going to look at it and go “what’s with the gap?”), or noticable to anyone you don’t point it out to.

That is the sparkliest ring I have ever seen! The halo looks great, the whole thing is beautiful.

It’s beautiful but I would prefer it without the gap.

@Heidibrooke:  I love the airline! One thing I dislike about my halo is that it looks like one big stone from the distance most people see it. I would have loved an airline, it looks much more dainty and feminine

I LOVE it – I don’t usually like gaps but I think it really compliments yours and the setting!

I Agree it does look daintier and feminine with the gap I love it! my halo has an airline and it makes it so unique and really makes the center pop! It is gorgeous he did an amazing job. I LOVE IT!!! I love the gap around the stone!! My halo has a minimal ‘airline’ gap around my cushion and at first I was annoyed too (was custom), but I realized very soon how amazing that gap truly is. It helps to keep the stone more visible and the halo doesnt obstruct light from the stone which would reduce sparkle, etc. It does what a halo should do, showcases the center stone.

Your ring is simply divine.

@Heidibrooke:  I remember your previous posts about it. Yes it looks SO good! Personally I think the most beautiful halos have definition between the centre stone and the halo – either from having a gemstone centre, an airline, or large halo stones. Mine has none of those but I’d prefer it if it did! Otherwise the ring starts to look too messy/clunky/undefined. I’ll eventually have my centre stone replaced with a sapphire or emerald for that very reason, but if I had an airline I probably wouldn’t  🙂 Yours is a gorgeous ring.
