I'm actually doing it right now, on A2 sized envelopes (thank you notes.) The custom stamps are huge- and on 4bar envelopes, which are even smaller, they would be enormous. I got my stamps from PictureItPostage; other places may make the stamps smaller.
At Zazzle, you can choose from three sizes. The smallest aren't that much bigger than a regular postage stamp.

yep, i'm using the smallest size that zazzle has on my A2 rsvp and they look fine. 4-bar might be a little tight.

Has anyone used a custom stamp on an RSVP sized envelope? Like a 4bar size? I'm wondering if it will be way too big for the envelope. Even the smallest size custom stamp seems pretty large.
