I used tineye reverse image search to find something out. It seems to be a (Jaquelin) Christina Wu dress style 5459. All the sides offering it seem more than fishy. Maybe you can try finding it preowned? Or ask a seamstress in your area if she would be able to do a replica of the dress?

Good luck, its a stunning dress. Love the skirt!

There is only one replica maker I have seen do remotely ok work but you still have to be careful with them, also you are not allowed to name them on the weddingbee forums but here is a post you can get more information pm the bee who began the post

Like I said still be cautious and gather all the information you can before purchasing.

Hey! As a budget bride myself, I would hugely reccommend making your own mock-up of this. Find a dress that has a ruffly bottom like this, find a nice sweater, and a ribbon, and you’ve got the same thing!

Finding a dress like this is not only hard, but really expensive.

The last store i worked at carried house of wu gowns and i have never seen this dress, and i helped order the gowns. It is probably from a very old collection this designer has been around for while i doubt it is still in production.

Etsy is your friend! This skirt is very similar:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/33303186/made-to-order-bonzie-signature-bridal?ref=shop_home_active_1

The top would be a little harder, but you could definitely assemble something similar from Etsy. This corset reminds me of the gown:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/203717843/tonal-ivory-corset-heavily-embroidered?ref=sr_gallery_35&ga_search_query=wedding+corset+top&ga_page=2&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery

And you could have a bolero made in a nude/oatmeal like this:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/206613990/lace-ecru-bolero-handmade-lace-bolero?ref=sr_gallery_2&ga_search_query=custom+lace+bolero&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery

That last website does totally custom orders, so you could request that they make a top custom for you, like this but in oatmeal: https://www.etsy.com/listing/209836334/lace-blouse-black-lace-blouse-elegant?ref=shop_home_active_6

Now I will say if you call a store that carries House of Wu you can have them see if they have any samples of that dress left in their warehouse. House of Wu is a massive designer with alot of hanging stock sometimes they would still have dresses from like five seasons ago. If they had one in stock you wanted they could still get it for you.

Wedding Dress Fantasy is a custom wedding dress designer based in New Jersey. They have a brick and mortar store, and they seem to make all kinds of gowns, some traditional, and some very untraditional. I hope I don’t violate TOS–they are not a replica company. They are a real bridal shop that also does a lot of custom work.
