We only had 30 people at our ceremony, so I think we ordered 15 or 20 just to be sure. Unfortunately I don't remember where, but there is somewhere out there that does it!
We only needed a dozen for our wedding. We ordered them from MazelTops.com. They have a $10 charge for imprinting for small orders, but you can buy them in any quantity you want. Both the service and the product were outstanding!

We were planning on having customizable kippot for the wedding, and were going to determine the number to order once we got our final count (we were thinking we'd order enough for about 1/3 of the guests).
Now that we have our final count (much lower than anticipated) it seems like we'd probably only need about 30 or 40 at the ABSOLUTE most. Unfortunately everywhere I'm looking is requesting a minimum of 60 ordered.
The nice thing about ordering less would have been that we'd not have to pay as much. But because we'd be ordering less than the minimum, it's almost as much as it would have been with our original numbers.
I'm debating scratching the idea all together...but has anyone been able to find customizable kippot to order that didn't require a minimum?
