This isn't quite what you're asking, but I got an address stamp from vistaprint before the wedding to stamp my address on the backs of invites, and still is fabulous!

Vistaprint has some that are free, you just pay shipping. That place is addictive! I got a bunch of personalized gifts for my family for under $20.

I got labels like you're describing from vistaprint. They were really cheap and I've gotten compliments on them!
I made my own from paper source. www.papersource.com.
They have all sorts of colors and templates. I chose red for Christmas. Later, I'll pick other kinds for other correspondence. Good luck!
