Hattie's is about 8 minutes away from Mokaras according Google maps. It is in the Bishop Arts District which is a really cute place with little shops in addition to Hattie's. The service and food are great. I'd recommend there!
I love Neiman-Marcus for girly time. Their Zodiac Room (I think that's what it's called at the downtown Neimans) is great and the NM Cafe is basically the same thing at the Neiman Marcus in Northpark Mall. I had my bridesmaids luncheon there the day before my wedding and it was super delicious and super quaint.

i am planning a quick girls-get together the day before my cousin/best friend's wedding in january. we are going to mokara spa and treating the bride with massage, mani, pedi, etc late morning and early afternoon.
