I took mine to Kinko's and they cut all my card stock. HUGE timesaver!
If you don't already have your cardstock I know that some of the websites, like paperandmore.com will cut it for you before they ship it. Their fee for cutting is $5 I believe. I'm sure some of the other sites offer the same thing.
If you have the time you can get a cutterpede and cut it yourself too.
Kinkos/STaples/Office Depot all do paper cutting, just please be sure you specify where it is to be cut. Staples has ruined baby shower invitations several times so let them test it on a couple of sheets first before doing the whole job. It's a timesaver and really cheap too!
I'd also check with local printers/paper stores - they should all have a huge cutter machine that can cut 100 sheets of cardstock at once.
